Warranty

uCore Electronics guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within 60 days from date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. In addition, our products have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Shipping

    1. Express shipping. It takes approximately 3 to 8 working days for delivery (business days – excluding holidays). We ship the parcel via UPS, FedEx.
  • Kindly ensure that your delivery address in uCore & Paypal are the same to avoid delivery failure. Any non-received item caused by invalid address is not eligible for refund or replacement. Please ensure your purchased item(s) can be lawfully imported into and complies with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Custom duty is obligation and liability. Buyers are responsible for import duties, customs fees and taxes, if any. Kindly check with your country’s custom office to determine the additional costs impose on the item prior to purchase. We are NOT responsible for the additional costs incurred related to import duties, custom fees and taxes.

  3. Wire Transfers usually take 3-5 business days to clear. We will ship your order as your payment is verified by our bank. Please send a copy of the Wire transfers receipt to us, it is not sufficient to release an order, but will help to push the delivery date.

  • Orders will be processed instantly and dispatched within 3-5 working days.
  • IMPORTANT! Buyers are responsible for import duties, customs fees and taxes, if any. Please check with your country.

If you are not satisfied with a product you bought, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it for refund within 5 days of receipt (10 days for an exchange). You must first advise us by email: info@ucore-electronics.com for return authorization.

  • Kindly examine your parcel upon receiving your purchase and inform us via e-mail of any damage/defects with clear photographs/pictures/videos as proof within the first 24 hours upon receiving your purchase. NO claims will be liable or entertain after this time period. If you are not happy with your purchase for valid reason, you can return the product to us within the first 14 days after receiving the product. All shipping charges (both ways), handling and packaging costs will be charged to the buyer.
  • All costs incurred in returns are collected from the buyer and the remaining money is refunded.
  • Buyers are responsible for import duties, custom fees and taxes. If the buyer refuses to pay that fees and the product is destroyed at customs, no refund will be made. If the delivery of the product is refused and returned, the return costs will be collected from the buyer and the remaining fee will be refunded to the buyer.
  • The product must be sent back to us in original condition with no defect (new, unused and unopened) within first 14 days of receiving the product.
  • No scratches, damages whatsoever & No altering of any part of the item.
  • Original box/documentation/accessories (if any) and packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days to process your return items.
